Start a chocolate habit that will last a lifetime with Gilbert & Swayne
Each chocolate making course starts with chocolate tasting to stir your senses, giving you the chance to sample some of Jane's classic chocolate creations.
The course is based on creating moulded chocolates, working with Fairtrade and single origin organic chocolate, and experimenting with innovative flavours such as Somerset Membrillo, Somerset Cider Brandy, or Tarragon and Sea Salt.
Discover how to create uniquely flavoured ganaches using fresh cream, fresh herbs and spices. You will learn how to temper chocolate, prepare and fill moulds, plus experiment with different decoration techniques.
Gilbert and Swayne Chocolate courses are run with a small group of up to 6 students. The day is fun and informal and runs for 5 to 6 hours, with a light lunch and wine. Whether you’re looking for a day to remember or a team-bonding exercise, beginners and professional chefs will all leave with new chocolate making expertise.

Includes all ingredients, gift packaging, lunch and refreshments plus a minimum of 70 chocolates to take home.

MARCH: Thursday 5th, Saturday 7th (FULL), Tuesday 17th and Saturday 21st.
The 17th and 21st of March are ideal dates to make your own chocolates just in time for Mother's Day.
